       We all know fruits and vegetables are good for health. Each and every fruit, vegetable, green leaves have some medicinal properties. " An apple a day keeps away doctor". Because Apply contains low calories which help to reduce cholesterol and particularly helps to prevent cardiovascular disease and cancer. They poison it to keep it from spoiling. In order to ripen fast, they added bad chemicals which are bad for health.

     

 Water is a valuable gift by God because it is necessary for all living beings to survive on this earth. water not only Quenches thirst but also helps our organs to work properly . Nowadays we are drinking water without minerals as mineral water. we inhumane humans being is pulled water into your business.

         In this modern era were addicted to roadside foods, fast food, junk foods. it's doesn't show that healthy foods are not tasty. Idiyappan is tastier than Pizza. Curd Rice is healthier than briyani. Fresh juices are tastier than healthier than bottle juices. Instead, bottle Juices filled with gases and chemicals, not at all good for health.


Food is necessary to lead a healthy life. In those days we can stay food is Healthy but in this generation, we are searching for healthy foods.
 we think Pizza, burger, Chola, boiler chicken is fashion but if not it's a slow poison.


Health is wealth because if you serve a healthy then you can do anything energetically.so Health is important to do something. Health must make our life wealthy.

  Everything we start to see this business perspective. One day everything will become your business we never have good foods fruits or water.

      We compulsorily need two things to survive. One is food which includes vegetables, fruits, dry fruits, nuts, green leaves, etc., and the other one is water. So we know these two things are very important. 

Our forefathers gave us natural healthy foods which make us a hundred years to live. And they asked to drink water in copper vessels and if we needed cool water we used to keep the water in a Clay pot. Because it will give both cooling to drink and to our body.  Nowadays we just drink water in plastic bottles and kept it in the fridge to make it cool. Drinking ice water leads to increased body weight, constipation, tiredness quickly, reduces blood flow, and also contracts the blood vessels. 

Water Drinking procedure:

  1. Drink hot water after waking up early in the morning.
  2. Sit and drink water
  3. Drink water before 30 minutes of intake of food
  4. Drink water after 1 hour of  intake of food
  5. Don't drink ice water - If you want to drink cooling water, drink clay pot water.

And our ancestors gave us 63 AAYA KALAIGAL. Cooking is one of the best things to survive healthily. Natural vegetables and fruits with good cooking make our tongue taste and body heal energy. 

 But we never deserve our natural resources and ancestors' teachings. We are thinking that we are eating tasty food. But don't forget that you are counting your living days.

  1. coconut water is good for health and it's tastes good. But we like to opt for beverages from making artificially, 
  2. The plastic bag is harmful to health but we are just casually carrying Vegetables, parcel food in plastic bags
  3.  Eating foods in Banana leaf is traditionally good for our health, But we like to choose plastic plates and plastic spoons.

Best tips to lead a healthy life: 

Breakfast - Take steaming food without oil - Best time (7.am to 8.am)
Lunch - 1. PM
Dinner -  (Between 6.pm - 7.pm)

Do's & Don'ts:

  1.  Don't take too much junk foods
  2.  You may take roadside foods monthly once or twice
  3.  Don't take too much oil
  4.  Do Take organic foods

In golden (olden) days there were no electronic items. They lived more than a hundred years. They never disturbed natural resources. They never do things that are opposed to nature. 

But nowadays we are harmful to ourselves and harmful to our nature.
